I've set up my first client portal and am attempting to "send portal login link" for the first time, but when I enter my email info into "exchange" for my work address/login, to link my personal/work email to this, I'm unable to complete this as it's not recognizing my email or pw. Both are entered correctly. So, I contacted my IT dept and they tried to enter in extended info for user name and domain but I keep getting rejected. How do I fix this?
Can you please email me (don't post it in the forum) the project you're working on the Client Portal for? I'll look into it specifically, but I need to know the actual project. Thanks-
