Setting up a new client

When I go to set up a client and press to activate I get the following error message...?

-Data cannot be inserted. (Caspio Bridge error) (60017)-


What to do?

Hi Christopher,

It's possible your browser is blocking some javascript from running- can you try it in another browser and let me know how that works? We haven't had any other reports about this so I'm thinking it's either a browser or firewall issue.
