Do you have a process for people to budget time or money with retainers?
Retainers have been added- in the Project Dashboard you can see the total retainers held on a project, how much has been used to pay invoices, and how much is left.
DesignerLogic has a Budget ability for any kind of Item on a Project (can be time, furnishing, labor, design fee, etc). This budget can be printed out, grouped by Area. There's also a 'Budget Comparison' report that give the difference between the budgeted amount of an item and the actual, final price to the client.
However, these amounts aren't related to retainers held, as DL doesn't currently record retainers (that is a feature we'll be adding in by summer)
